Who is Hamza Shoukat?
Hi, I’m a Freelance Instructional Designer & eLearning Developer from Islamabad, Pakistan.
I began my career as a part-time Graphic Designer in 2015 while studying at university. In 2018, I landed my first full-time job at an eLearning company, where I took on various roles, from eLearning Illustration Design to Course Development. This was when I developed a deep passion for technology, education, and their impact on learning.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from MUST University and am a certified eLearning Developer.
I strive to bridge the gap between education and technology, making learning more accessible and impactful.

Discovery & Planning
I start by understanding your learning goals, target audience, and business needs. We define project scope, content requirements, and timelines to ensure alignment from day one.

Visual Setup & Course Structure
I set up the course framework using tools like Articulate Storyline or Rise. I also use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create custom graphics, icons, and layouts that align with your brand. This ensures the course looks professional, cohesive and visually engaging.

Custom Interactive Slide Development
This is where the course comes to life. I build interactive slides, scenarios, quizzes, click-to-reveals, animations, and other engaging elements to make the learning experience dynamic and user-friendly.

Testing & Quality Check
Before delivery, I perform a full quality check. I test navigation, interaction flow, animations, and audio syncing. I also make sure the course meets technical requirements like SCORM/xAPI standards and accessibility needs if required.

Final Delivery & LMS Readiness
You’ll receive the final course files in your preferred format — SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI, or web export — ready to upload directly into your LMS. I also include source files (upon request) and offer support for a smooth launch.
